Each piece is designed in Sydney, Australia by Wasiela Noor and is carefully casted and handcrafted by Wasiela herself, this means that each piece is unique in colour and design. When purchasing her objects just know you are purchasing something that was handmade and imperfections are perfections.
Wasiela specialises in using Jesmonite, which is an acrylic and resin based material, to create her objects and products. Each piece is finished with water based sealant making them fire resistant, water resistant and solvent free.
Refunds and Store Policies
What is the refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final. We do not accept any refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
If an error was made with the mailing address or name, please contact [email protected]. Customers are responsible for new shipping fees if re-shipment is needed.
Lost or Stolen Mail
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order includes tracking and you believe your mail is lost, please contact us at [email protected] and a claim will be raised with AUSPOST on your behalf.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (incorrect name, address, or package refusal), then the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
If customers would like a re-shipment to replace the lost or stolen goods, customers are responsible for re-shipment fees.
My order was cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to insufficient inventory, invalid use of promotional codes, or other reasons. You will receive a full refund including shipping charges for any orders cancelled by us.
My order arrived damaged
All orders are packed to handle any distress that may occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include documentation of damaged products and packaging.
I received the wrong item
We will do our very best to ensure you receive the correct products. If we have made a mistake, please email [email protected] with documentation of the wrong products within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.
In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us in the condition it was sent, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs.

Orders within Australia takes approximately 3-6 business days.
We currently do not offer express shipping.
We do not ship internationally.
